How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section in your Oyela account.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy for most items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

How do I determine the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit for your body type.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Are the colors of the products accurate?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and lighting during photography, slight variations may occur.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country, depending on your location.
